Rosneft Oil Company will organize prequalification of contractor candidates and will invite interested companies to take part in the prequalification. It is therefore necessary for them to complete and deliver a prequalification form with supporting documentation as per the list below:

Candidates wishing to prequalify for tenders with individual lots costing over 100 million rubles (construction and assembly with contractor’s materials) should send their documentation to the Contracts Division of Rosneft Oil Company OJSC by courier or express mail in a sealed envelope to the following address: 119071 Moscow, Malaya Kaluzhskaya, 15, bld. 28 (entry through gate located Stasovoy str. 7), room 222, contact phone number (495) 229-47-23.

Rosneft Oil Company will reserve the right to reject wrongly formatted prequalification applications and applications lacking supporting documentation.

Based on prequalification results, candidates will be selected to participate in tenders for contracts in specific areas of activities of Rosneft. Tender documentation will be issued to prequalified bidders only.
