Turnkey construction of a new fuel type refinery of 12 million tons of oil per year capacity at ннн RN-Tuapse Refinery
|
Construction of the Refinery is to be on „turnkey“ basis, including detailed design, procurement and supply, construction, assembly and startup. The Project will be financed with funds Rosneft Oil Company own funds.
Rosneft Oil Company has finalized license agreements and contracts for basic engineering of primary processes as foreseen in the process flow of the new Refinery.
The following are the primary process licensers:
- UOP: isomerisation and gasoline fraction catalytic reforming;
- Chevron LG: combined hydrocracking-hydrotreatment of diesel;
- Technip: production of hydrogen.
The refinery will meet modern environmental and industrial requirements with conversion ratio of no less than 95% and be able to produce petroleum products meeting international EURO-4,5 standards.

Important information:
- Contractors wishing to participate in the above tenders should complete and send their documentation to the Contracts division of Rosneft Oil Company OJSC, as per the guidelines and forms described in the Construction works section.
- Documentation is to be submitted from 21 December 2006 through 31 January 2007.
- Documentation arriving later than the period indicated shall not be accepted.
